Yummy Potato Spinach Recipe




Ingredients: Fresh spinach half kg, potato half kg, oil four tablespoons, onion finely chopped one, garlic four cloves, fresh ginger chopped one inch, fresh green chili finely chopped two, dry red chili chopped Two, cumin (fixed) one teaspoon, tomatoes finely chopped two, salt to taste. Recipe: Wash the potatoes and cut them into four pieces. Pick and chop the spinach. Heat oil and fry the potatoes. Remove all the remaining oil except one spoon and fry chopped cumin, ginger, garlic, red chillies, onion, green chillies and red chillies in it. When the onions turn golden brown, add the potatoes and salt and cook until the potatoes turn brown

  Add spinach and mix well, when the spinach is spluttered add chopped tomatoes and eat hot.
