Yummy pickled greens are ready.



Achari Sabzi:;Ingredients Cauliflower 1 flower, Peas 1 cup shelled, Mustard oil 1 cup, Carrot 1 small pieces,

4 cubes and boiled, Lemon 4 pieces, Beans 6 pieces small pieces, Fenugreek. 8 seeds, 8 green chillies, a few curry leaves, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon white cumin, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 2 teaspoons chopped red pepper, salt to taste. Recipe: Heat mustard oil in a pan and add fenugreek seeds. When fragrant, add cauliflower, split peas, green chillies, carrots, bean pods and curry leaves. Now fry the potato cubes in a separate pan and add them to the pan. Add rye, salt, chopped red chillies, turmeric, white cumin and kalonji and cover it and let it cook on low flame, when the greens are cooked, add lemon juice to it and keep it for five minutes. Yummy pickled greens are ready.
