Chicken piece
Ingredients: Six large pieces of chicken (when cutting, tell them that they are needed for tikka). Yogurt, one cup. Cream, 2 tablespoons. Ginger, one teaspoon. Garlic paste, one teaspoon. Red chilli powder, one tablespoon. Lemon juice, 2 tablespoons. Salt to taste. Cumin, (to coat) one teaspoon. Juniper, one teaspoon. White pepper, half a teaspoon.
Recipe: Put the chicken pieces in a large bowl, then add curd, cream, garlic paste, ginger (pisahwa), mix everything well. Then add red chili powder to it. Women who don't want to add red chili powder should add chopped red chili, then add lemon juice, then add salt as required. Apply the ingredients well on the chicken pieces. Make sure that all the spices are well coated on the chicken pieces. Then marinate it for at least 5 hours. After that add oil in a big pan. And fry them one by one in a low flame.
