Yummy prawn biryani is ready




Ingredients: Biryani is a favorite dish of Pakistanis made in every home, especially the people of Karachi. Different types of biryani are made and eaten here. Everyone's taste and preference is different but today we have brought you Prawn Biryani, which will definitely be very good for you, so let's start. Recipe: Heat 1/2 cup of oil in a pan. Then add all these spices (1 big cardamom, badian flower and cinnamon, long 3 pieces, each cardamom 2 pieces, black pepper and cumin 1/2

spoon, 2 sharp leaves  in it and add ginger garlic paste and 1 spoon of ground green chillies and make it light golden. Now cut 3 tomatoes and add them. Add a spoon of coriander, 1 spoon of cumin powder, 1/2 turmeric and salt to taste and fry well. When the tomatoes melt and the oil comes to the top, add 1 cup of curd and 1/2 cup of fried onions and then fry. Now Put half kg of prawns in it and stir it and cook for 5 minutes with a lid. When the spices are roasted well and the prawns are cooked, add 1 teaspoon of hot spices to it and close the stove. Now put the first layer of boiled rice in the pot. Put fried onions on top of the cross and apply a layer of prawn spices. Add each coriander on top and spread the rest of the rice. Add yellow color, fried onions, dhena and ghee on top and cook for 6 to 8 minutes. Yummy prawn biryani is ready now eat it with raita and salad
